My planning was effective.  I made sure I had all ingredients that were necessary, and that the recipe I chose was easy enough to cook in 30 minutes.
What skills did you learn or use to complete this dish?
I learnt how to mix, stir over heat and melt butter.
Describe the appearance of the dish. (see some suggestions below)
The dish looked: cooked, soft, golden brown, appealing.
Describe the taste of the dish.
The dish tasted: sweet, tasty, somewhat salty.
Describe the texture of the dish.
Thick, Chewy, Crispy, warm.
Would any modifications be necessary to make the dish better suited to the brief?
Maybe double ingredients to make more next time.

Yes, Rachel and I’s planning was effective.  We planned all our ingredients well ahead of time.  We had everything we needed.
What skills did you learn or use to complete this dish?
We learnt how to cook the chicken, chop the shallots, cook and boil noodles.

Yes, Rachel and I’s planning was effective.  We planned all our ingredients well ahead of time.  We had everything we needed when cooking, and everything went smoothly.
What skills did you learn or use to complete this dish?
We didn't learn many new skills, as both me and Rachel have already cooked pizza. Although, we did learn how to use the oven properly.

The pizza looked, cheesy, oily, meaty, yummy, golden brown.
Describe the taste of the dish.
The pizza tasted salty, cheesy and doughy.
Describe the texture of the dish.
The pizza's texture was crispy and soft.
Would any modifications be necessary to make the dish better suited to the brief?
Maybe next time we would use less cheese, one - to make it healthier, two - it tasted like there was too much cheese.
